Zen Ocean Leisure Boating Portimão Algarve
Starting from Portimão Marina, this trip can be made either eastwards towards Faro, or westwards towards Sagres, along our beautiful Algarve coast. Enjoying the scenery. Our clients may take advantage of ‘Pranayama’ breathing exercises, followed by a ‘Champi Massage’ (Indian head massage). There will be time for a stop at one of the various beaches to have a light lunch, followed by a return to the craft, continuing along the coast, where our clients may have a reflexology foot massage, ‘Pranayama’ breathing exercises and meditation.
10:00H – Departure from Portimão
10:00H – Pranayama – Breathing exercises
11:00H to 13:00H – ‘Champi Massage’ (head and shoulders)
13:00H – Lunch on board near a beach
15:30H – Continuation of the trip along the coast
15:30H to 17:00H – Reflexology Foot Massage
17:00H – ‘Pranayama’ and Meditation
18:30H – Arrival at Portimão Marina

The craft is moored in Portimão Marina from where all our activities commence. In the western Algarve there are other points of disembarkation, but this option is only available by private arrangement.
