Leisure Boating Portimão Algarve
Starting from Portimão Marina, this trip can be made either eastwards towards Faro, or westwards towards Sagres, along our beautiful Algarve coast. Enjoying the scenery. You may take advantage of a guided meditation with our therapists, consisting of breathing exercises, and connecting with the sounds and motions of the ocean. After the meditation there will be reflexology, back, shoulder and head massages, followed by a stop in one of the various beaches for the enjoyment of a raw food / vegetarian picnic. There will then be time for a contemplative walk and tea. We then return to PortimãoMarina.
06:00H – Departure from Portimão, Guided Meditation (Sun Gazing) breathing exercises and connection with the sounds and motion of the ocean.
07:00H-11:00H – Reflexology, back, shoulders and head massage.
12:00H – Stop at a deserted beach for a raw food / vegetarian picninc.
13:00H – Tea Break
13:30H – Contemplative walk
14:00H – Return to Portimão Marina

The craft is moored in Portimão Marina from where all our activities commence. In the western Algarve there are other points of disembarkation, but this option is only available by private arrangement.
